A wedding kiss

Our wedding kiss was probably the best kiss i had with my husband.
It was a a combination of natural, sensual and symbolic kiss. awwwww!

I can say, 'twas really different compared to ordinary kisses we had when we were still sweethearts because 'twas a kiss that we both took as husband and wife.

:-)

This picture shows one of our intimate moments during our wedding, when we were silently whispering to each other iloveyou's, and blissfully telling each other how happy we were but a photographer like Jim Ubalde didn't excuse us and wanted to take a keepsake of our chummy-cheesy moment.

Lovely.

Haay, When there is kiss, there is satisfaction.

My happiness is.......

One of my frustrations in life is not having a good eye sight. It started way back in high-school when I had my self-inflicted lifestyle. I read books till morning, I read while lying in bed. I read with minimal amount of light. Basta, the culprit is books! ...from then on, my blurry vision just continue increasing. I became then a frequent eye-glasses wearer because I was also too squeamish to put something on my eyes.

But on my wedding day I decided to wear contact lens. I SHOULD, or else I would look really old on my wedding day.

But this is what happened when you wear a "coffee colored contact lens"... an instant Vampire! or Geisha like hahahaha

(Pls click for bigger picture)

I guess its' my poor camera that doesn't have eye reduction. haay, i can't wait for my official photos.

Hear me, heaven.. My happiness is having my previously good eyesight back! :-)

Do you believe in SUKOB?

Do you believe in SUKOB?

Sukob, or what we call a Wedding Curse in English is based on the Filipino superstition that misfortune will come to a married couple and their family if the wedding is held within months of another family member’s death or if the wedding is held within the year of another sibling’s wedding.

I feel bad over this whole SUKOB thing. Whether we like it or not, sometimes these beliefs and superstitions do affect us.

I just got married 2 weeks ago and now, my husband's brother needed to get wed this year. Everybody says, NOOOOO It's Sukob.

I have been following the SUKOB belief and I can't easily divorce myself from believing it as well as other superstitions.

Yes, I am disheartened on why it has to be on the same year. BUT i will try my very best to turn the world around by changing my attitudes towards beliefs, traditions and superstitions.

I know that we have the power to do things we never dreamed possible. This power now becomes available to us just so we can change our beliefs.

I will let this go and I will trust more on to the LORD.
Let me work on my FAITH even more and even better.
